Our Action Center® is the same “footprint” as our Essentials Center® and Project Center®.  They’re stackable, and you can arrange them to suit your needs. This modular system works together to enhance your productivity, and empower you to make better use of your time. These three systems will place at your point of use all your key documents, projects, and supplies. 

Appearance:
Don’t you hate how most paper storage products look ugly? They’re cheaply made of inferior materials, they sag, they crack, they break, and you can see right into the mess. Our attractive Action Center® corrects all these problems. Our sleek chassis covers the paper from the back and sides, so that your desk or counter has a streamlined appearance. Its aluminum material is reinforced and assembled with rivets, achieving a utilitarian appeal. 

Labeling:
Most paper management products have absolutely no place for a label! This causes arbitrary “dumping” of paper, and makes documents difficult to retrieve. Our sturdy, retro card holder, riveted to the front of every tray and drawer, will make it easy for you to identify the contents of each section. By labeling each tray and drawer, you will “purpose” each section, and make your system simple to use and maintain. 

Portability:

As professional organizers, we know that not all work will happen at the point of storage, so we made our trays and drawers removable! At home, you can take your “To Pay” tray to the kitchen table to pay bills. At the office, remove your “To File” drawer, and head to the file room. Work is fast-paced and portable these days, and your Action Center® will keep up with your busy life!

Storage:
Not all paper that is “in process” is in a flat format. Sometimes, you are working with files or binders that need to be queued for immediate action. The Action Center® is totally unique in its ability to horizontally store letter size file folders and binders up to 1”! 

USES
The benefits of the Action Center® are not limited to individual paper processing. Our Action Center®can be used to capture and distribute incoming mail for all your office mates or family members. It can also store forms or literature in an office setting.
